My video about having ADHD has really resonated with a lot of people. The more people I can help, the better. Remember, you are not alone!

That’s a nice video about your “life with ADHD”. I get very connected when I hear someone revealing the kind of things that you have dealt with surrounding your diagnosis. I was undiagnosed until my son’s symptoms blossomed as a teen and I sought to understand what he was dealing with. I’m very glad you found what helps you because it has enabled you to give to those who still haven’t learned how to take care of themselves. It appears that you’ve been giving so much to others. Be proud.
Only people like us can really appreciate the way it affects us and how much difficulty we can have with everyday things. But in some ways it’s a big advantage – we can often see things others do not.
I wish you happiness and satisfaction in your life. Keep spreading hope and better understanding to your clients. Be sure to do the things that make you most happy and try some new things from time to time to find new ways to have joy in your life.
