Here it first ADHD gift of the 2010 holiday season. I love my family. :) Amazingly, I did not have the squirrel-related t-shirt from T-Shirt Box Chester yet. I do have the chicken-related coasters. And interestingly, earlier in the day my neighbor and I were talking about squirrels. **Cue "Twilight Zone" music**

Most Christmas songs are cheery and happy. For many people, however, the holidays are difficult, and can lead to increased depression and anxiety. I think the song "River" by Joni Mitchell, from her album Blue, is a great Christmas song that deals with grief and loneliness during the holidays.
